Exclusive Sample Sales is the brainchild of Lauren Rogers and Rachel Amis who teamed up in 2016 to create Exclusive Clearing Limited, a service for fashion brands to sell their excess inventory via a Sample Sale or Clearance Sale. With over 20 years’ experience in inventory management and retail operations, we believed there was gap in the market for helping brands to clear their excess stock, while at the same time protecting their brand integrity.
Running a fashion business can be all-consuming and yet these sales plays an important part of a terminal exit strategy. Mindful of the time and resources required in planning and implementing a Sale, we take great pride in taking this burden off your shoulders and managing the sales on your behalf, leaving you the time to dedicate to your business. We will organise your Sale from inception through to completion, no matter how large or small. Our services include venue recommendation, equipment & operations (including epos), communications & marketing & full staff management. Depending on your preference, the sale could be held as a private or public event and you may also take advantage of our extensive database of enthusiastic discount sale shoppers.

Depending on the number of units you have to clear, we will tailor the event details to your needs, seeking the most suitable venue and the most effective marketing strategy for your brand.
Exclusive Clearing Ltd will also suggest the optimum pricing architecture for the sale event. This will be calculated using the number units you wish to clear, your margin requirements and any other factors you consider important.
We also work closely with insolvency companies to help them maximise a return on liquidation stock from fashion and lifestyle brands who have sadly ceased trading.
These sales are run in exactly the same way as Sample Sales. In these circumstances we also advise on appropriate discounting to help clear as much stock as possible. Sell thru of stock is normally 90-100%.

Pop Up Store Management
Our most recent service offering to manage pop-up stores on behalf of our clients. This service can be helpful for brands launching a new product category, or introducing a new location and market. It is also a convenient option for those wishing their pop-up store event to be managed professionally. Included in this service are staffing, equipment (including epos) & marketing communications. Clients may wish to source the location themselves or have us find a venue on their behalf.
