Covid-19 Precautions to Protect our Staff & Customers

We will ensure that every area of our Store will be thoroughly cleaned regularly, and that in between each time slot we will specifically clean all key touch point surfaces.

At the entry to the store we will have hand sanitising units for all customers to use. We also ask that all customers and staff wear a face mask whilst in the store.

Our staff will be required to clean their hands regularly and hand sanitiser will be available in all staff rooms and at tills.

All garments will be regularly steamed.

To limit the number of people in the store and allow for social distancing all customers will need to book a specific time slot. For each slot you will have a certain amount of time to shop and then pay for your goods. All customers need to exit the store at the end of their slot to allow for more people to enter.

Only one person per booking can enter. If you’d like to shop with a friend or family member, you will need to book multiple slots. Your name will be checked at the door before entry.

To avoid large queues outside of the store, we will only allow people to queue for their allocated time slot 10 minutes before entry.

To provide as much space as possible we unfortunately we cannot allow pushchairs/buggies to enter the store. No pets are allowed.

We will not accept Cash payments. All credit cards are accepted including American Express and Apple Pay.

Unfortunately due to government guidelines, we are unable to offer changing room facilities.

As always our sample sales terms are such that all purchases are final and we offer no refunds, exchanges or credit notes.

We would ask that if you are unwell, have a temperature or are vulnerable, that you do not attend the Sale.

We ask that you respect social distancing and keep 2 meters from our customers and staff. Floor markings will be in place at the tills so please remain at these markers until the person in front of you has vacated their spot.
